During my spring semester of 2017, I was fortunate enough to be included in creating FieldTrip, an online, student-led, art forum. FieldTrip is an ongoing collaborative project between Wave Pool Contemporary Art Fulfillment Center and the School of Art at the University of Cincinnati. We as a group of students look at Cincinnati as a creative community to be celebrated. We use the art forum to sharpen our critique skills as well as motivate our general public to visit the running art exhibitions through frequent article posts.

Once recruited onto the project, I drafted and created the FieldTrip branding with feedback from Wave Pool on a weekly basis. We originally brainstormed a varsity-like aesthetic, and then adapted it to a campy demeanor once we were inspired by boy scout troop badges. I then applied this branding to create FieldTrip's social network presence on its own domain, as well as on Facebook and Instagram in order to publicize our group's articles. Other than designing FieldTrip's social networks, I also manage each account while also being a participating writer to the group.
